Payment information

Students may be asked to provide a payment receipt or transaction confirmation. German with Tayyaba does not require students to provide online banking passwords, PINs or other confidential banking credentials.

Online classes & third-party platforms

Classes and course communication may use third-party services such as Zoom, Google Forms, email, WhatsApp and educational learning platforms. Information shared through these services may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those service providers.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser may send standard request metadata to Google.

Students should avoid sharing unnecessary personal or confidential information during group classes or on shared learning platforms.

Photos, videos & class recordings

Students may not photograph, record, screen-record or distribute classes or material involving teachers or other participants without permission.

German with Tayyaba will not publish a student’s identifiable photograph, video, testimonial, class recording or private communication for promotional purposes without appropriate permission. Where a student is under 18, permission from a parent or legal guardian may be required.

Sharing of personal information

Student information will only be shared where reasonably necessary for providing the service, with the student’s permission, or where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.

Access to personal information is limited as far as reasonably possible to people involved in the administration or delivery of the relevant service.

Data storage & security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect registration information, payment records and student communications from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. However, no internet-based communication or digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information may be retained for a reasonable period where it is required for administrative, financial, academic, record-keeping or legal purposes.

Students may contact German with Tayyaba if they believe their personal information is incorrect or if they have a reasonable request concerning information held about them. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate administrative, financial or legal record-keeping purposes.
